Sorry for laughing, but I got a chuckle out of that. Don't cook them, if you are propagating them, wear safety glasses and don't boil a rock with zoas or palys on it. Otherwise, a brush against them is not likely to harm you at all.
I'd be more worried about having an open cut and getting one of those crazy infections we all hear of. Touching them is no big deal but as it says above you have to like ingest or get that stuff into your system some other way for it to do anything
is this for real? haha i've touched all my zoas at one point or another on accident, never really thought anything of it and i'm fine......can't say i've ever heard of it but im semi new in the hobby....
Well thanks everyone for laughing at me!!! Lol no really, thanks for your help. Im fine. I just tend to catastrophize these types of things before reading up on the facts!
i only would worry if you were fragging hawaiian moon polyps with open bleeding cuts in your hands... as those have one of the most potent toxins... If they got into your blood system.
