tough shipment

I just got a Fox Face Lo from live aquaria, and he isn't doing well. he was floating in the bag. I am trying to acclimate him anyway hoping that the water he was in was bad and that he can be revived.

Any last ditch suggestions to keep this little guy alive?

don't pet him....
i know my foxface is a big baby. he freaks out and goes ridgid and turns whitish if he gets scared.
but he calms back down.
acclimate sloooow. i think they are pretty hardy. if he's alive, he'll probalby come around.

bummer. At least LA has a replacement policy for their dead fish. Was the box he was in banged up or anything? So far, I've had pretty good luck with their fish.

no, the box was in good shape, i got a few snails and an emerald crab and they are all doing fine. The replacement policy is one of the main reasons I buy from them. I think the cost of shipment is worth it, plus since there arenot any lfs close to my area, even if a lfs had this good of a return policy I would have to drive all the way there again.

I guess all of these creatures are sensitive, I just hate to see one die from something like transport.
