tpallas' 33g SPS Dropoff Tank Build

Looking very nice. Glad to see a build thread that shows the tank being built. I know there are a lot buts love this one. GL can't wait to see more.

It's not even funny how much I'm looking forward to this, I've contacted my builder and given him some similar dimensions! Can't wait to see it!

Awesome! I extended the size to be 30" from front to back, which give room for the overflow and then a 24" T5 fixture. It's also 24" tall at the deep end, so you know what the dimensions are.

Awesome man!
My dimensions are the same
75cm front to back, and at the dropoff 55cm tall. Mines 45cm by 45cm by 30cm H first section, then drop-off is 45 by 30 by 55 H :)
I've got a Sunpower 6 X 24 W to light it :)

Very cool. I like how the first section has a piece of acrylic to keep the sand up there, smrt thinking ahead.

So close! We're just moving on to the sump build. I'm taking a trip out to Artfully Acrylic to drop off my equipment so that he can build the sump around it. Finally just got a Tunze calcium reactor (selected it due to small footprint). So hopefully within 3 or 4 weeks this should be good to go!
