Trachy dying please help

Got a beautiful Trachy from LFS. It was ok at first but for the past 2 weeks or so it hasn't looked too good. 3 days ago I noticed the flesh is receding. It might have been set off by a salinity drop caused by an ATO problem, but the salinity has been steady for a week and the Trachy is looking worse. I've tried moving it to less light and that made it much worse. Now it is getting 100 PAR.
Ca is 430
Alk 9.3
Mg 1350
Temp 77'
SG 1.024

What can I do to save this gorgeous coral?

What are your nitrates and phosphates? Also I would raise the sg to 1.026 that in itself isn't your problem but most corals do better at 1.025-1.026

Nitrates and phosphates? Ahhhhh. The Trachy started looking bad around the time I added the GFO. I've been battling a major algae outbreak and the P and N have been kept at zero.
I'll ease back. I hope it helps. Thank you.
And I will raise the SG too.

If the P&N are too low that would be your problem  I call it the water is too "clean" for them.

Just use 1.026 salt mix for your top off's instead of plain RODI that will bring it up safely
