Trade lighting? dual 250 with 196w pc. 3'

I got a 40g breeder and a dual 250w 10k with 196w of pc. I think it is overkill. The bulbs have about 9 months of burn on them. I just cleaned it up... it has 1/2 of the moon lights still working... 2 ballasts also come with it...

I am looking for trade offers. Looking for dual 150s or 175s or something like that. 3' tank. Let me know what you have.....

Willing to sell it too and just buy another one with what I want.. Let me know what you offer if you want to buy it instead of trade. Also please send pics also...
