The squamossa just got to big. It got to be 6inch+. The new clam is a corcea . I have a 40 breeder with 400 watt mh 14k+96watt pc attnic. The spot i want to put it is in the middle of the tank about 4inchs up would it do ok there.

yeah itd do fine there. gallons are kinda irrelevent when it comes to lighting. how tall the tank is and how far the lights are from the clam itself are better guages. with a 40g breeder though and a 400w mh though, the tank would have to be irregularly tall to make a difference
