Tradewinds Chillers

I had a question on the Tradewinds chillers. I have talked recently with Hal at Tradewinds and I know that their chillers come with the Ranco controllers, which is a major plus! Now, when I talked with Hal, he said that I could upgrade to the dual stage controller, but I was curious if your price listed included that either the single or dual as advertised or is there and extra charge to upgrade to the dual?

Also, why don't you mention in your advertisement that they come with the Ranco controller, instead of an "Easy to program electronic controller?" I would think that would help you sell these chillers. I was about to buy one of these controllers and then I learned from Hal that they come with one. So, that saved me that $120. Plus, then I could justify paying a little more for the better quality American made chiller that I really would rather have. Just a thought. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the feedback, we'll get the description worded differently to advertise the Ranco controller.

The upgrade cost for the dual controller is $60. Let me know if you need to place an order and we can get you taken care of.

Ok, thanks for the info Jeremy! I kind of figured there was an upgrade price, but I wanted to verify it. No problem on the feedback. I am just glad that I had not already ordered a controller from Ranco yet! lol... I'll let you know what I decide to do, here soon.

Now, I've thought of another question. I'm about 95% certain that I'm going to be ordering this within the next week or two from you. I usually do my ordering from you on your website. However, will I need to call for this one so that I can upgrade to the dual stage controller?
