trading between hobbies

Anyone try trading between the hobbies? I started this Reefing hobby back in 1999 or so and then got into Photography one dragged me into the other so to speak taking pics of the beautiful fish and coral . As of lately I have been thinking if maybe it would be a good idea to trade camera gear for Reefing gear ? hobby to hobby . If you have done this what items did you successfully trade for?

I race class 10 off road. I needed a cheaper hobby according to my wife. I have had salt water tank reef and FOWLR from age 9 to 20. So I've just come back to if after a 7 or 8 year break.

As odd as it sounds I'm doing it for $$$.

wait you're selling your body for frags now...that sounds illegal LOL! just kidding i know what you mean. I have a mint condition digital Nikon D70s i no longer use since buying by D7000 cant come to terms to part with it though maybe one day lol
