training a mandarin to eat frozen

has anyone tried feeding a untrained mandarin in the same tank as a trained mandarin to attempt to train the first one to eat frozen?

if so how'd it work out? did any territorial problems come up, or would they be too much of an issue to try this?

To train my mandarin I placed him in a breeder net, fed live mysis which he took and eventually started mixing the live in with frozen and moved onto just frozen which he took. And i was eventually able to wean him onto pellets. If you are adding a male with another male then there will be issues. But if you are adding a female to a male, it may be fine.

my mandarin eats frozen brine never did any thing to train him i add copes and then i noticed about a week later he was eating the frozen brine shirmp!!!
