Transfer Tanks

Hi All,
I'm looking to transfer all my items from one tank to another well I modify my current Biocube 14.. How would you suggest I do that and will there be another break in period.. Meaning another cycle.. Adding nothing new just transfering to one tank well i mod the current one then all back to original tank.. Any help would be nice.. Thanks
P.S. None of the items in the back will be going with the transfer but they will stay in sea water.. Plan on just putting a powerhead on the trnasfer tank and no filter well i do the mod.. The most a few hours..

i had to do this twice and both times nothing ended up dead. First get a couple 5gal buckets. then fill up the buckets with the water form the exsisting tank. make sure you heat the water in the buckets and keep them heated. Then simply put all you fish, coral in one with the heater and a small power head going. Use the other two buckets for live rock and sand. you shouldnt have a small cycle. But the fish/coral might need to stay in buckets for 24hr, to make sure the new tank isnt cloudy

Really after further thinking is a Sump even necessary with a BioCube 14?

biocubes in the back have a couple cumpartments as you know. were the heater skimmer ect go. You can mod it were you can keep some micro algea and other stuff. the back of biocubes are pretty much a sump built in to the tank.
