Transfering Foxface From Tank To Tank

I have a foxface in a QT tank and now it time to transfer him over to the DT. Need some suggestions on the best way to do this without getting stung. When I brought him home I just cut a slit in the bag and drained the water out and he slid into the QT after acclimating him. Don't want to stress him out anymore then I have too. Bad thing about a net is getting his dorsal spines snag up and then wrestling with it to get him out. Any thoughts would be great.

That what I thought about doing, but a little concerned about some of the QT water in the DT as it has some copper in it.

Use one of those acclimation box things as your capture vehicle then drain the water out through the slits. No water equals no contamination.

I didn't want to stress mine out either (spastic fish + venom = nervous tank owner). I clipped nori in an acclimation box, placed in QT, he swam right in. He kept eating during the walk to the DT. I put the acclimation box in the tank (had not used copper) and he stayed in it until he had eaten all the nori and then he swam out. Didn't change color once. Seemed content.
