Transformer w/ white goup @ cord

I have a 7410.602A transformer for a 6100. On one of the cords exiting the transformer there is about a 4" length of white goup that looks like very viscus elmer's glue that is slightly pliable. It is in a drip formation like candle wax on one side of the cord, all the way to the transformer. Is this transformer possibly leaking something, or is this possibly factory sealent to seal the connection?

It is the sealent used to waterproof the electronics. It could be minor and inconsequential if it does not occur any further. If it continues to leak resin we need to replace it. The resin is mixed with hardener in a mixing gun. As they relese the trigger sometime extra resin without hardener is dispensed (minor problem of no consequence) sometime insufficient hardener was mixed and the entire resin becomes soft when warmed (big problem and we need to replace it). Let me know if more continues to ooze out.
