Can anyone pm me a link of a place that will transhipper fish without a tax I'd, or business. Found one place, who didn't like questions pertaining to the fish they offer, and refused to sell to me.

if wholesale companies or even retail companies get word of them selling to you they would be blacklisted. I doubt you will find a reputable one. Have you spoken with FWS and understand CITES permitting?
