HI, I've recently purchased an RBTA, and what can I put over the intake of my filter so that it wont get sucked in and shredded up? Its a Canister Filter. ?

This is what I did in my refuge. Ugly, but it works.

Any other ideas? And also...if I put foam onto the intake of my filter will the anemone still get sucked in? Will the filter still work properly?

the foam/sponge diffuses the pull enough such that you shouldn't end up w/ anemone roadkill.

you'll need to take the sponge off and clean it occasionally, or it will get so gunked up it will affect the flow your filter will pull. it will essentially be a pre-filter for your canister.
