Glad they were in QT. It took about 65 days to show up. Still not positive it's not ICH. I've seen ICH multiple times and this looks a bit different. The reason why I don't think it's ICH is because these fish have been through almost 5 weeks of a theraputic level of copper that I checked the level daily with salifert copper test and kept it on the high side at almost .5. They have been dipped once with formalin and it helped almost instantly and then I treated their tank. The spots when completely away and came back in about 3-4 days. They are being dipped in the pic. 20 drops per gallon for max of 50 minutes. After the dip is complete. I'll treat their QT tank again. I hope this gets it this time. Last time they only tolerated the dip for about 15 minutes. This time I'm gonna try to go almost the whole time. We'll see.

Does not sound like brook. I would try alternative approaches to treating ich, such as hyposalinity or clorinique phosphate

It's been noted that some strains of ICH are resistant to Hyposalinity.

Tank Transfer Method is the most effective way to deplete the life cycle of ICH.

Copper second...

Hypo third...

I'm fixing to do TT with all my fish and put them back in my DT. It's been running fallow now for 72 days. TODAY is actually the 72nd day. Put them ALL in QT on March 18th.
