Treating ich in the dt

So im pretty sure one of my fish has ich. It's still eating aggressively and not rubbing up against the rocks. Is there anyway to treat for this without removing? I know I would probably have to remove a lot of the rock in the tank thus messing up the placement of corals.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!
