treating ick on angler

So my angler, stopped eating a few days ago and now I believe he has ick. It looks pretty bad. I know since he is scaleless, I don't treat him as I would a fish with scales. How should I go about doing this?

I'm no expert on treating scaleless fish, but I do believe Chloroquine Phosphate would be appropriate. I would check out this thread and PM alprazo for his advice.
