Treating tank after internal parasites?

My two now dead clown fish was suffering from what I believe was internal parasites. Not eating, breathing fast, staying in one corner with the thin stingy stuff out of them.

They where my two first fish, besides a LM Blenny. And the first week or so the clowns acted normal together.

Should I worry about adding new fish? Are the disease in my water now, and can it be treated?

I'm not sure if my blenny has it or not. He has been doing sudden movements towards rocks and sand. But breathing normal.

Sorry about my English.
How would flashing movements be? Most of the time ha eat, swim and act normal. But then he does like a really quick turn against rock or sand.

Yes, that is known as flashing. Meaning something is bothering it. Is there any spots on the fish or any discoloration going on?

It is hard to tell because of him being an LM Blenny.

He is the only fish left in the tank.

What is the best thing for me to do? I am thinking QT the Blenny. But what to do about DT?
