Treatment based on garlic guard

Yesterday I noticed that my clown tang too swam at night around the aquarium, and turned on the light and look at two points on your skin dell .. clown tang chances Ich esque be as much rubbed, I have found that by reading them out of main tank would be worse by stress, I recommend using garlic guard? clown tang is eating normally but constantly rubs. : Crazy1:

Unfortunately, garlic does not cure ich.

What should I do to heal the clown tang? the strange thing is that clown fish and others have nothing ich .
