Tri-color valida

Just got this browned out Tri-color valida today.. Do you think i could bring it back? LFS didnt really specify if it was stn or rtn from the bottom up, should i just frag it or give it a few days.

Looks like STN to me, in my amateur opinion I would leave it as is, STN will recover if the problem that caused it is fixed. This is what I've always done and I would be worried about messing with it further given the current state.

Also, being a genuine ORA piece, it should be relatively hardy. If the STN continues over the next 24 hours I would cut it away from the base (cut away all of the dead portion) and reglue. If it stops just leave it alone to heal.

If you do frag I'd dip with revive, etc. Sometimes bacterial infections will cause necrosis.

Thanks! The lfs had this one for too long and the led's they use arent enough to keep their sps looking good for a long period of time. Ill keep a close eye on it before considering cutting it.
