tricking yellow tang into eating gracilaria

I need a trick to get my yellow tang to eat some Tang Heaven Red again. This fish is a little more spastic than most tangs (is blind in one eye, which was injured in shipping), and I've wondered about dosing some anti-psychotic medications directly into the tank (joking).

My problem is this: the fish has eaten the TH Red (Gracilaria parvispora, long red ogo) when it was in QT and loved it. When I moved the fish to my display, I ran out, and my display has a fake anemone that my tomato clown uses for a bed. This fake anemone looks a lot like the TH Red.

The tang tried to eat the anemone a few times until it finally gave up. Now I got it more TH red, and it won't touch it at all. It does really like sushi nori (seriously attacks this stuff), so I've been trying to put the TH red and the nori together on the same clip, hoping he accidently gets a little of the good stuff & refreshes his memory. A week of that so far to no avail.

Anybody have any suggestions? I also tried not feeding him much of anything else, but he just got hungry & REALLY went after the nori when I put it in.
