Tricolor Acro Blisters? Exploding tips?

That coral is growing around some tissue that had died. Basically the tip was cut/damaged and some algae took hold. Since the coral can't grow under algae, it's growing around it.
Give it a few more weeks and it will look normal. If you're feeling sassy you could gently use a pair of tweezers and pluck out the red algae inside, to give the coral some help, just don't damage the coral tissue as you're doing it.
Overall I'd say it's a good sign that the coral is recovering so successfully.

Gonna tack on two more questions.
These broke off of my birdsnest during transporation a few weeks ago. This week the polyps starting turning white. They still respond to feeding/etc, and the main colony (only a few inches away) looks fine. Should I do anything?

My rainbow birdsnest appears to be losing its polyps. At first I thought it was getting too much flow, since it was close to an MP10 and the side getting hit seemed to be balding.
Now that it's been moved, only the tips ever seem to have polyps out. Any ideas? Could my coral beauty be picking at this coral and none of the other corals?

The first picture, they look fine, probably just stressed from fragmentation. Give them some time. You second picture, the coral looks fine and healthy, just closed up a bit. Keep trying to find the sweet spot, generally you want to error on the lower flow side rather than too much.
