trigger with cysts please help identify

My trigger that I've had for a year and has always been healthy has developed what appears to be cysts along its dorsal fin line they are about the size of small peas.
Has anyone seen this and know the treatment. Thanks

I can't really see it but my trigger just developed what appears to be a single wart just behind the mouth on 1 side.

I'm looking for answers as well, but it is difficult without seeing it close up. I tried taking a picture but this is next to impossible.

With my limited experience I am leaning towards some type of fungal infection.

Thanks for the reply: I'm watching it closely. I'm thinking it might be blisters from a chemical burn from kalk paste. I used some to eradicate an aptasia that was found just above his sleeping space. At any rate I will keep you informed of what the outcome is.
