Triggerfish weird visible symptoms

Hey guys, so I fed all my fish last night and everyone was happy and healthy, when I woke up this morning and turned on my lights, unnoticed VERY visible, large white spots, that almost looked as though they could be a carpet anemone sting, though I need second opinions. All fish were quarantined for 3 months under hyposalinity, and I know this is for certain not inch. Attached are the photos.

Any second opinions, etc would be great. I'm wondering if it is possible this is a fungal infection, some paracite other than ich as the spots are far too large, and what the best course of treatment would be for this ailment. It literally appeared over night, and without any warnings. It is only appearing on one side of the trigger fish, and his face, which lead me to suspect it could've been my hadonni carpet anemone, though I doubt he would've survived an attack by that, given its size.
