Triggers and Cleaner Shrimp

Has anyone managed to keep a trigger in a tank with some cleaner shrimp? Or is this certain death for the shrimp? My shrimp are left alone by my puffers and I hope they wont become a meal when my new trigger arrives on Tuesday.

My porcupine puffer left my cleaner shrimp alone for 2 years. Then I added a picasso trigger, and all was fine for 6 months before one of them ate him. I found his legs so I assume it was the trigger.

What I have seen is when/if the cleaner stops cleaning, or slacks off then he becomes food. just my experience.

I've added a trigger after I already had two cleaner shrimp in the tank and had no problems.

Both of those shrimp died of old age after a couple years, I added two more once the last shrimp was dead and the trigger (in this case a humu) had both dead the next day.

I have a bluethroat in with 2 bloods, 2 cleaners and 3 peppermint.

All are fine except the peppermint. One went down the drain into the fuge one too many times and I left him there. I found him dead a couple weeks later. I digress... The other 2 have disappeared...
