triggers

Price is relative to species. Blue jaws are one of the most passive but can run more than some others. Juvenile humus are reasonable but can be nasty when they reach adult hood. Same with nigers. For a peaceful trigger at a good price, look at the blue jaw.

I have a juv. humu and he is great, he and my yellow tang (of about the same size) are like best friends. always swimming together. and the tang bothers the longnose hawk more than anyone. so far he has been great, doesnt bother anything and doesnt seem to let anything bother him.
really fun fish.

What are you going to put the trigger with?Triggers can get along with a lot of fish.I have a Niger and a Titan in my reef tank, the titan plays hell on my corals and hermit crabs but leaves everything else alone. The Niger is a model citizen in there though.Neither one bothers my cleaner shrimp.

My Humu humu is great, doesn't pick on any of my other fish, but he's just a little guy now. The other fish understand he's the boss though already.

I have a Huma and a Niger in a 210g. Neither are over 3" but both tend to have bipolar disorder, LOL. Normally they are fine and really dont bother anything but as of lately the Niger chases my wrasses all over the tank.
