tropic marin alk test

Does anyone just this test kit to test alk? I drop 9 drop and the water is still green and it suppose to turn orange. Does this mean my alk is very low? My ph seems to be dropping too. Any ideas?

Does anyone used this test before? My test doesn't turn to orange like it suupose to be. Is my Alk too low? Any ideas?
