I would take 6 tsps of the product and dissolve that into some RO-DI water. A cup or two should do the job. If not, just add more water. Then just drizzle it into the tank, measure the actual change, and work from there.
Because of that check that your addition to correct Calcium will not excessively rise Magnesium.
Although you can increase it by up to 100 ppm per day for stability sake I always recommend 25 ppm per day as other parameters (like in this case Magnesium or Alkalinity) may get affected.

I'd use a product that did not contain any magnesium or strontium, but this one will probably be fine for a one-time shot. The actual Mg and Sr content will likely be very low.
