Trouble Sending E-mails to MarineDepot

I recently sent 3 e-mails to MarineDepot via their "contact us" link on their website. I never recieved a reply. Waited a week no response. This delayed the building of my new system by a week.

If you need to contact MarineDepot's customer service, I would suggest calling them, as they dont seem to read/staff their e-mails.

The customer service rep on the phone was very nice... just wish they would check their e-mail.

Thank you for your response, I apologize for the trouble you have been having with our email system, unfortunately we have had some technical difficulties with our email server as of late. Our internet team is currently working on the problem and should be resolved shortly. Under normal circumstances we read and reply to every email that comes in with in a 2 hour period from it's arrival time during normal business hours. I will forward this along to my Internet team so they are aware of the severity of the problem. Once again I apologize for any delays this may have caused you.

I have been in contact with Jose, who was extremely nice and was very quick to respond to my e-mails. I was glad I could help. Despite the initial e-mail problems, I would give MarineDepot an A+ on customer service.
