Trouble shooting mp40

I got a used mp40 about 2 weeks ago , put it on my tank set the mode I wanted ( reefcrest ) and set the night mode , the night mode worked for about a week and now I noticed it won't shift into night mode ? I can manually set to night mode and it will go back to reefcrest after 10 hours , is there something I can so to fix this ? Re program somehow ? I have tried it on different modes to see if it would do the same and it does ? It won't switch to night mode automatically ? Suggestions please

Call ecotech service. I remember reading that the clock wasn't real accurate at one time, causing night mode to drift. I don't know if that's been fixed or if it was model specific, but they can tell you what's going on.

I have the same problem. It seems like it's off by 3-5 mins everynight. I was told to send my my Eco drive in to get it updated, but haven't done so yet.

Oh, that's new to me. Ecotech have great service so I would send the driver in to see if it it needs a new frimware.
