Trouble swiming

I noticed that one of my Yellow sea horses is havng trouble swimming. I find him upside down most of the time. He is still eating but didnt know if anyone had any suggestions on what to do.

When you said upside down, do you mean floating pouch up as if there is air in his pouch causing him to float to the surface? If that is the case then you need to do a pouch evac to get the air out.
