Trouble with wavebox pump

I've had this wavembox for about a year now and it mysteriously stopped working the other day. I have another wavebox so I swapped out the power cord and tried in on the other (master) connection to the controller. After that didn't work, I soaked it in a 50% vinegar solution overnight and took it all apart and cleaned it like described in the sticky at the top. Still no luck. It acts like it wants to go and it twitches a bit during the "on" portion of the cycle.

Any ideas on what the problem is and what I can do to fix it?? Kind of frustrating to have paid so much for a wavebox and have it crap out on me in a year. Hope you can help.

I suspect the motor has died, we had a batch at about that time where a connector could work loose inside the pump. Send me just the pump and we will replace it under warranty-

Geez that is awesome that you'll replace it!! Should I send just the motor body or the impeller and rest of the attachments??

They have a two year warranty, so assuming you bought it new a year ago, it will absolutely be covered unless the connector or power supply got wet. I just need the complete pump portion, this is the motor, propeller and front cover 6200.130.
