Troubleshooting the 6045 nano please

Hello, I cannot find the instruction manual.
Can someone advise on troubleshooting the nanostream 6045?

It's approx. 3 months old. Yesteday it started making a grinding type noise so I turned it off. I turned it on again and it won't come on.

Then I jiggled it, and it came on but still was spinning kind of "off" like the impeller (?) was going to come off.

Is this something I can easily fix?

I would bet the shaft is broken. The shaft should stay in the pump and not come out.
