I came home today to a very disturbing sight. It was a dark tank. I thought to myself " not to bad just reset something". Well I was wrong. I seen the three control panel lights (buttons) were solid red. I looked it up in the owners manual and it told me that I needed to contact customer service. So I proceed with optimistic thoughts of being able to be walked through a fix. Well long story short (shorter anyway). Rob got some info. on the problem and was quick to get a replacement on its way. I can't ask for any better customer service. He truly listened and could hear the stress in my voice. How many other CSR's would or could be that attentive? I got to say he is a true professional. Thanks for everything Rob.
