True Perc question

So woke up this morning and noticed that the color on my smaller true perc is starting to fade especially on his fins. There are areas that are starting to turn almost clear on the fins. I also noticed that on his body there are a few patches that look like a bad case of dry skin. He isn't breathing very hard and eats fairly well, and still picks at my pods on the glass. What is this? I'll try and get a picture later.

thats weird, same thing is going on with my smaller clown. the only thing I can think of in my case was that I had a larger tomato that i was holding for someone else, and because of that he was always hidding in the corner and eventually under some rocks. But today I took the tomato back to the LFS and added a anemone. He loves it and wont come out. its nice to see the little guy swiming around. But like you said, i my self want to know the answer.

I'm feeding a lot of diff things. I gave them frozen mysis, blood worms and formula one, as well as some mikari(sp) pellets.

The pair seem to be getting along for the most part. I havent seen the little one show submission yet. Although when I first got them, the little guy had a kinda ragged dorsal fin and his color was a little bland, his color has improved slightly but the patches of white looking dry areas are whats worrying me.
