Get a closer pic and count the dorsal spines to be 100% sure.

It's either a Percula or a Occelaris. The term False Percula adds so much confusion.
The picture isn't very clear so it is hard to tell, but i think due to so much black in the eye its an Occelaris.

Its hard to tell from the pic. The iris of the eye looks orange on my pc. Sp IMO its a perc.

That's an ocellaris. One of the obvious determining factors is that Percula dorsal fins don't get that tall.
