You might want to try inland aquatics, but True sebae can be difficult to obtain

You biggest problem with buying a A. sebae online is that you will often get a black clarki instead of a true sebae.

The folks that do the direct shipping for LiveAquaria usually do a pretty good job with proper IDs.

Actually TRUE sebae are pretty easy to come by if you can find a supplier/LFS that imports from Sri Lanka/Maldives.

However if you are only dealing with Indonesia, there is a high chance that they are saddleback. It is possible to get from Indo also, but much less collected in comparison.
