I read your other post and you said you saw this one swimming right? I can't remember the exact name for them but I think it might be in the breeding stages of bristle worms. When they breed and lay eggs they swim in the water like streamers.

yes, this one is swimming. I thought it looked more like a bristle worm than a flat worm, but I thought bristle worms were longer.
