Try to buy from Marine depot but they don't want to support

I try to buy something from Marine depot as I will only make a very brief stop over for only a night and requested to them to send the package to my hotel but it seems their customer service people don't know how to solve my problem.

Both Kris and Daniel answer me the same answer, it is so frustrating specially I am staying this coming Sunday in LA.

I am not a resident of US but I make around 4 times visit to LA and I want to place order and asking them to send to my hotel but they denied my request Inspite of the fact that I have a confirmed reservation and I want to pay them by my credit card , I understand their concern but I believed there is no fraud whatsoever in my case

Hope marine depot manager can contact me

Thank you for your message. I completely understand your frustration. However, it is company policy not to ship to hotels/motels due to the high incidence of fraud.

Unfortunately this is something we've had to learn the hard way and that is why this policy is in place. It is not an uncommon practice in ecommerce, so we suspect other online stores have faced similar issues in the past.

Perhaps you have a friend or colleague that lives in Los Angeles where the package(s) can be delivered? Alternatively, you could pick up your order at our Will Call Tuesday-Friday.

Hi Jeff,

As I arrived on Sunday and leaving the next day , so it seems will call is not possible .

You can verify with hotel if I am a confirmed reserved guest or not .

I can pay you by wire transfer if you prefer and send the goods to my hotel for them to on hold till I Check in.

Please advise
