Trying to decide between skimmers...

I'm figuring closer to the 500 gal per hour... The sump's going to be a fuge as well, so I want less flow.

I've got a SRO3000 Int running an 180 SPS tank. Was amazed when I first installed it, excellent skimmer, was quite an upgrade over what I had been using before. Haven't had any issues with it in three years.
