Trying to ID a couple worms I have. .

Since these are "night owls" and I don't have night vision camera, I'll just explain.

I have a couple nice rocks that have worms that come out at night. They are attached to the rock. One is not as long but has a white body with grey stripes. . the other one is transluscent and even thinner but much longer. It's white but almost see through. They extend and pick stuff off the rock. Then curl back into themselves.

I've done extensive searches and have come accross "peanut worm". . But I saw a LR at a LFS once with a "peanut worm" and it was HUGE!! These guys are small, like small brisle worm size in diameter.

What are they? I'm trying to find out what they are so I can then find out what the possibility of them is of surviving 1 month of rock cooking in total darkness. .

Thanks!!

Mot of these worms are filter feeders, dont know te name without a pic. I dont think they will have a problem surviving that as long as the temp stays stabile and there is water circulation.

Thanks!! Temp and water circulation will be provided at comfortable levels. Think they'll survive long enough to get the attached red algea off the rock? (they can eat it as it flakes off, heh)
