Trying to post big enough pic to show you guys to help me figure out what this little bugs are I have in my sump. They are white in color, and the shape is like a foootball, the size is like a 1/6.

Copepods, amphipods are all good. Just start uploading your pics to Photobucket. All you have to do is copy and paste your IMG Code here on RC. Easy peasy.

Are they moving? Could be sponges, I have them in my sump.

Not moving could be scypha sponges aka q-tip or pineapple sponges.

Those are the exact ones, are they good or bad.

They won't hurt anything. Can be a eye sore if they get out of hand but they won't kill anything. Simple filter feeders.
