Trying to update AC3 pro firmware

OK, so I have had my AC3 pro for years and have mainly been programing it from the unit itself, I haven't had it connected to my computer in years.

I decided to get it connected to my computer today and succeeded with that, while I was at it I decided I might as well update the firmware too.

So I download the latest firmware update and follow the instructions on the readme file.

It seems to freeze mid upgrade.

Here is a screenshot of the loader program:

And the AC3 pro's screen just went blank and is staying that way.

Please help

You need to use Option B as listed in the readme file.

Thanks, worked like a charm.

I did try that before but didn't disable the DHCP on my router
