Hi
I'm not sure how to place the Tunze 6000 on my tank. I do not have overflows sectioned off in my tank. They are drilled at the top and there are no dividers to provide space for diagonal placement. The only option I can see is pointing the stream from one side of the tank to the other. If you have any advice, I would love to hear it. I did plan to order the magnet mount when available as I do not think my canopy would allow me to hang it from the top side of the tank.
If you have any additional questions, please let me know. And here is a photo of my tank for reference.
Also, I would love it if you could recommend what settings I should use on the controller. This is my first reef tank. I'm hoping this Stream will remove the clutter of the 4 MJ1200s for aesthetic reasons as well as providing a more interesting environment for future inhabitants. I thought about a wavemaker but after a lot of research, this looks to be the best piece of equipment available for the job. Also, I had issues with throwing the circuit breaker and wanted to cut down on power consumption. I am excited to get it working. It should be here tomorrow morning.
Thank you in advance!
Melissa
