Ttm on juvenile bowder blue

Hi guys


I bought a juvenile powder blue that's about 2". Plan is to bring him home make sure he's eating for a couple days and start ttm. Is a 10 gallon too small?

That will work just fine for 72hrs.

Powder blues are beautiful fish. They can also be a PITA to keep. They are one of the most ich-prone tangs out there, next to an Achilles tang. How long have you had your tank and what other fish are in there? Also what is the size of your tank?

Yeah but if he does TTM right and has no ich in the tank the Powder blue will be fine.

sounds like an excellent plan. 10 gallons tanks will be just fine for TTM, that's what i've used on all sorts of shapes and sizes of fish.
