Tube Anemone

Anyone have a good link for information on a tube anemone?
How many times a week/how much do you feed it (I have silversides)
How much sand shoudl I put it in?

Would they be fine under halides. A site I read said that they are more active at night, but would this be a bad idea for a reef tank? I have room for it.
