Tube anemones

One of my LFS has a tube anemone that is gorgeous. I don't really see them for sale though, which has me wondering:

Are they difficult to keep?

Could you put one in a 55 gal reef?

I'm not really looking for a nem for clown-hosting abilities, I just find the tube anemones very striking.

They are better in a low light tank, ideally one with a deep sand bed.
Ideal would be a sand zone tank or one with non-photosynthetic corals.
They also prefer rather lower, laminar flow.

Calm fish should be fine with them.
