tube worm

I just bought a new crocea clam today, I saw a worm coming partially out of it and they said it was a tube worm, they said it wouldn't hurt the clam or my other coral. I asked them should I try and pull it out with hemastats if I see it again, they said no. Also I have a 180 gal with 3 400 mh lights, where should I place it

start him low for acclimation and go from there. i have kept croceas down on the sand as well as up high on the rocks under 400W 10K halides with no problems.
