tube worms

Small tube worms are taking over my sump, I know they are good, being a filter feeder, but they are dominating my sump. I'm looking for some way to get rid of the them, if you have a solution it would be very much appreciated.

Could be harmless featherdusters or vermetids. Need a pic to properly ID though.

Thay or harmless featherdusters I just don't want them in my display, I cannot put a coppper band in my sump it will consume my pods .The more I pick at them the more they spread, if the copperband is the only solution I will have to replace my pods, I was hoping for a cheaper solution
