Tubing for Tunze metering pump

Anyone know where I can find the tubing for a Tunze metering pump 5000.02?

I understand it's not a standard size.

I used RO tubing on mine or if you want a perfect fit you can buy from Tunze... Part numbers 5000.390 and 5000.380
